We are committed to providing the widest possible access to everyone regardless of personal circumstances. The ground floor of our building is easily accessible for those with limited mobility or wheelchairs. We have wide aisles throughout the ground floor, an accessible toilet and a chair lift to the first floor exhibition space.
There is a level entrance to the building from the road. If you have any concerns about access or have particular requirements/medical needs, please call 01458 273008 or contact us and we will do our best to help.

We welcome families and run a range of activities alongside our main exhibitions. We are family-friendly with many events, drop in workshops, and artist talks. Our building signage and exhibition labelling is simple, clear and legible.
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building. Other well behaved dogs are welcome.
Key staff have Dementia Friendly training from the Alzheimer’s Society and we are adjusting our offer to be more inclusive in this area and will be rolling this out to further frontline staff. The gallery is situated in the Market Square, Somerton TA11 7NB. Parking directly outside the gallery is for one hour only, there are short stay (Free for 2 hours) and long stay (small charge) car parks off Brunel close TA11 7PR, a short walk from the gallery.
