Liberty Quilt Raffle
The Liberty Quilt Raffle – A Piece of History, A Work of Art
We’re proud to offer a truly special raffle prize in support of ACEarts, our local contemporary art charity based in Somerton, Somerset.
This unique patchwork quilt—hand-pieced and machine-quilted—has been created entirely from Liberty Tana Lawn swatches dating from 1997 to 2007. These ten years represent a fascinating period in Liberty’s 150-year history, marked by the revival of archival prints, the commissioning of new external designs, and the return of in-house design work.
Designed and made by ACEarts volunteer Dru Perry between April and June 2025, the quilt is a one-of-a-kind piece of textile artistry. The vintage Liberty swatch books were generously supplied by Emma Mawston, who was Head of the Liberty Fabric Design Studio for 18 years. Emma is also exhibiting at ACEarts from 28 June to 16 August 2025 in a solo show titled The Garden Gallery, further strengthening this wonderful creative collaboration. See our exhibition page for more information.
By entering the raffle, you’ll not only be in with a chance to win this beautiful heirloom but also be supporting our mission to promote creativity, culture, and community through the arts.
